πŸš€ Step 1 β€” Add Your First Project

All databases in this template are linked to the Projects database. Start here before anything else.

  1. From the Home page, scroll to the Projects section
  2. Click + New inside the Projects database
  3. Fill in: Project Name, Start Date, End Date, Status, and Project Owner
  4. Save and close the entry

⚠️ Do not delete the Projects database or existing status options β€” other views filter by these exact values.

πŸ‘₯ Step 2 β€” Build Your Project Team

  1. Open Project Team from the Home page or the sidebar
  2. Click + New and add each team member: Name, Role, Email, and link to your project
  3. Team members added here become selectable in task assignments and meeting attendees throughout the template

πŸ“‹ Step 3 β€” Complete the Project Charter

  1. Navigate to Project Initiation β†’ Project Charter
  2. Click + New and fill in: Objective, Scope Summary, Key Deliverables, Sponsor, and Approval Date
  3. Link it to your project
  4. Treat the Charter as read-only once approved β€” use Change Requests for any scope changes
