Efforts Estimation forecasts how many hours each team member will need to complete their assigned tasks. Complete this after the Skills Matrix and before Resource Costing.

How to use:

1. For each task or deliverable, add a row
2. Assign the team member responsible
3. Enter estimated hours (use best/worst/most-likely if uncertain)
4. Link to the relevant project and schedule milestone
