Resource Costing calculates the total cost of each team member based on their hourly rate and estimated effort. Complete this last, after Skills Matrix and Efforts Estimation.

How to use:

1. For each team member, enter their Day Rate or Hourly Rate
2. Pull in the Estimated Hours from the Efforts Estimation database
3. The cost formula calculates: Rate × Hours = Total Cost per Resource
4. Use the totals to validate against your approved Project Budget

Complete the resource tools in this order:

① Skills Matrix → ② Efforts Estimation → ③ Resource Costing

⚠️ Do not manually override formula or rollup fields — update the source values instead.
