A Project Status Report is a concise weekly or bi-weekly document that gives stakeholders a snapshot of project health. It covers accomplishments, current issues, upcoming milestones, budget status, and risks.

RAG Status guide:

• 🟢 Green — On track. No significant issues.
• 🟡 Amber — At risk. Issues exist but are being managed.
• 🔴 Red — Off track. Intervention or decision required.

Create a new entry every reporting period and link it to the relevant project. Use Notion AI (press Space → Summarise) to auto-generate a summary of your progress notes.
