The Daily Standup is your team’s quick daily sync — typically 15 minutes. Each entry captures what was done, what’s planned, and what’s blocking progress.

How to use:

1. Click + New every day, set the Date, and add Attendees
2. For each team member, fill in:
   • Yesterday — what did they complete?
   • Today — what are they working on?
   • Blockers — what is stopping them?
3. Any blocker → immediately create an entry in Issues & Log Tracking
4. Any commitment made → add to the Action Item Log
5. After the call: press Space → Summarise for an AI summary, or Ask AI → "List all blockers and suggest next steps"

💡 This database is also labelled "Daily Sync-Up" on the Home dashboard — they are the same database.
