This page logs all project meetings across all projects. Each meeting entry opens to a full page where you can write the agenda, take notes, and generate an AI summary.

Before the meeting: Open All Meetings โ†’ + New โ†’ fill in Title, Type, Date, Attendees, and link to your Project.

During the meeting: Write notes directly in the meeting entry's page body.

After the meeting:

  1. Press Space โ†’ Summarise to generate an AI summary of your notes
  2. Press Space โ†’ Ask AI โ†’ "List all action items with suggested owners and due dates"
  3. Copy each action item into the Action Item Log
  4. Set meeting Status to Completed
