⚡ How to Trigger Notion AI (Step-by-Step)

  1. Open any page — a meeting entry, status report, risk, or document
  2. Click into the body of the page (below the database properties)
  3. Press the Space bar — the Notion AI menu will appear
  4. Choose from: Summarise, Find action items, Improve writing, or Ask AI for a custom prompt
  5. Review and edit the AI output before saving — always check for accuracy

Notion AI requires a Notion AI add-on or Plus / Business plan with AI enabled. If the menu does not appear when you press Space, check your workspace billing settings under Settings → Plans.
